Late Return Policy

Last updated: [Insert date]

1. Standard rental period

The standard Mali Krog rental period is 30 calendar days, unless the booking confirmation states otherwise.

Each booking confirmation will specify the applicable return deadline.

2. Late-return fee

If a toy is returned after the agreed return date, a fee of one-seventh (1/7) of the rental price for each working day of delay applies, subject to applicable law and the final Rental Terms.

The rental price used for the calculation is the price of that specific rental shown in the catalogue or booking confirmation.

3. How working days are counted

Weekends are excluded from the calculation.

For example, if a toy is due on a Thursday and is returned on the following Monday, Friday counts as one working day of delay; Saturday and Sunday do not count.

The treatment of Slovenian public holidays will be specified in the final Rental Terms.

4. Grace period and maximum fee

Any grace period or fee cap will be published clearly and applied consistently.

5. If you need more time

If you need to keep a toy longer, please contact us as soon as possible.

An extension is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Mali Krog. Contacting us alone does not automatically extend the return deadline or waive a fee.

6. Delivery or return problems

If a return is delayed because of a postal, courier or other delivery problem, contact us promptly and provide any relevant tracking information or proof of posting.

We will review the circumstances fairly and in accordance with the published Terms and applicable law.

7. How fees are communicated

If a late-return fee applies, we will identify the affected rental, the number of chargeable working days, the rental price used and the calculation.

We will also explain the available payment methods and how to raise a dispute.

8. Questions

Contact [Business email] if you have questions about a return deadline or proposed fee.
