Mali Krog is a toy-sharing membership service that allows families to access a shared collection of toys through a monthly membership.

2. Membership fee
Mali Krog membership costs €15 per month.
Your membership includes:
- 75 TOYkens credited for each eligible monthly membership payment.
- Access to the Mali Krog Toy Library.
- The ability to reserve and rent available toys using TOYkens.
- Access to your membership and rental information.
A separate, refundable €30 trust deposit is required. It is not part of the monthly membership fee.
Shipping, delivery, return shipping and any other applicable charges are displayed separately before you confirm a transaction.
3. Monthly payments and renewal
Membership is billed monthly using your selected payment method.
Your membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel it in accordance with these Terms.
The applicable price, billing frequency, next payment date and cancellation procedure will be shown before you subscribe and, where available, in your account.
If a payment fails, we will contact you and explain how to resolve the issue. Access to new rentals may be temporarily restricted while an overdue payment remains unresolved, subject to applicable consumer law and your existing contractual rights.
We will notify members of any proposed membership price change in advance. A price change will not apply retrospectively and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. TOYkens
Each monthly membership payment of €15 provides 75 TOYkens.
For reference, 1 TOYken has a reference value of €0.20.
TOYkens are used within Mali Krog to access toy rentals and are not cash, a bank balance or a general-purpose payment method.
Each toy has a rental price displayed in TOYkens in the Toy Library.
If your available balance is insufficient, you may be able to pay the shortfall at €0.20 per additional TOYken. Additional TOYkens purchased for a particular transaction are used to complete that transaction and are not added to your reusable TOYken balance.
Your reusable TOYken balance cannot exceed 150 TOYkens.
The detailed rules governing crediting dates, unused balances, pauses, cancellations and any refunds are set out in the TOYken rules published on the website.
5. Trust deposit
A separate refundable deposit of €30 is required.
The deposit is handled in accordance with the Trust Deposit and Toy Care Policy. It is not an additional monthly membership fee and is not automatically applied to damage or late-return charges while membership remains active.
When membership ends, any lawful and eligible outstanding amounts may be deducted in accordance with the applicable terms. The remaining deposit will be returned within the published refund period.
6. Pausing membership
If membership pauses are offered, the available pause options, notice period, maximum pause duration, billing adjustments and treatment of TOYkens will be explained on the website.
A pause will not be assumed to cancel a membership. Any effect on existing rentals and return dates will be communicated clearly.
7. Cancelling membership
You may cancel your membership using [the account cancellation function / the published cancellation procedure].
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable billing period unless the law or a different agreed arrangement requires otherwise.
We will clearly confirm the effective cancellation date and whether any further payment is due.
Cancellation of membership does not automatically cancel an existing rental or remove responsibility for toys already in your possession. Outstanding rentals must be returned according to the Rental Terms.
Any statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Our responsibilities
Mali Krog will make reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate catalogue, communicate availability, prepare toys for the next family and provide clear information about membership and charges.
If the service becomes unavailable, the Holiday and Service Break Policy explains how affected memberships, billing and rentals will be handled.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.
Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued or apply retrospectively where prohibited by law.
